AU Assist Ltd is part of the AU Group of Companies which comprises Auto Union Warranties Ltd (a warranty administration company) and AU Limitless Ltd (a Prague based joint venture set up for a Pan-European OEM tender).

The AU Limitless Platform was originally and successfully conceived as a dealer and customer friendly way of processing warranty claims. It was quickly determined that there were a significant (in fact limitless) number of additional services that could be offered via the Limitless Platform which would benefit both dealer groups and their customers, leading to increased customer satisfaction, retention, and profit.

We have invested significantly both in time and money to create the unique and market leading Limitless Platform, ready for you to take the next step in to digitising your dealership and securing its future.

The AU team have a breadth of experience in Motor Dealership sales, aftersales, finance, compliance and insurance as well as SaaS based software solutions.
